1. Returns - Unused Products Only

If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us at within 14 days from the date of receipt. We require your order number to process your return. You will be responsible for shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once the product has been received in our warehouse and after checking its status, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method used by the customer.

2. Exchange - Defective & Damaged in Shipment Products Only

Defective products may only be exchanged within 90 days from the date of receipt. Please contact us atif the product is defective. In order to process your exchange, we will need your order number, description of your setup, and photos that may help us understand the potential defect. In the event that a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer error or defective materials, we will exchange it or refund your purchase based on your requirement.

Please inspect your product carefully once you receive it. If it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at right away. We will also ask for your order number, description of your setup, and photos. According to your requirement, we will exchange it or refund your purchase.

3. On Sale

All altered or custom-made merchandise and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Refunds

We will send you an email to inform you that we have received your email or your return. Your refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days. Learn more about details, please contact us at .

Note: We will deduct $50 surcharge fee from the refund as the special operation fee if you don’t contact us in advance. Thank you for your understanding.

5. No Work Properly

Please read the instructions carefully and follow them strictly. If your product is still not working fine, please send us an email at clearly stating any information about your use of the product that may help us handle your problem quickly. 

6. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

7. Guarantee

Our company strives to build a good business reputation. All our products are manufactured in strict compliance with national quality standards and safety standards. 

To make use of the guarantee within the established legal period of two years after the delivery of the product, a receipt or proof of purchase is essential.

Below are some reasons that make your warranty lose its value:

  • The warranty period has expired
  • The product failure is due to misuse or lack of proper maintenance
  • You have changed or replace the parts of the products, affecting its performance
