Returns & Exchanges

Yes, but defective product only! Our aim is to give you high-quality products and good shopping experience. If you received a defective product, please contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt. Your order number and a photo or vedio of the defective product is necessary to process return. We will responsible for shipping costs. 

We will send you an email to inform you that we have received your return, and your refunds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days. Please inspect your product carefully once you receive it. If it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at right away. We will also ask for your order number, description of your setup, and photos. According to your requirement, we will exchange it or refund your purchase.
